Bluetree Electronics will be debuting its newKube at CES 2013. The smallest MP3 player and the third generation of the Kube family of compact MP3 players, it is capable of offering non-stop audio for up to six hours in a single hour USB charge.

The newKube comes with a list of features which are previously not found in previous generations of the Kube family, including (but not limited to) Lock button, Repeat button, Jump Folder, and EQ Pre-sets, which lets you choose music settings for optimized playback of Pop, Rock, Classical music, and other genres.

Measuring at one cubed inch, which is the size of a small ice cube or dice, the newKube houses a removable microSD slot, making music capacity adaptable based on the size of the installed memory card instead of pre-defined internal memory. Also, it is also bundled with a charging cord and headphones.

The newKube will be on display for music writers and gadget journalists at the ShowStoppers event at the Wynn Hotel on 8th January 2013, and is available immediately online for US$33.90 via Amazon.com and newKube website.
