Apple Hires CEO of Yves St Laurent

In another example of thinking outside the box, Apple has hired Paul Deneve, the former CEO of Yves Saint Laurent. Deneve will be joining Apple as a vice president where he will be working on special projects for Apple CEO, Tim Cook. Deneve isn't new to Apple though; he worked in sales and marketing for Apple's European branch between 1990 and 1997. This isn't the first time also that Apple has hired someone from the fashion industry. Mickey Drexler, the CEO of J Crew Group Inc. (an apparel and accessories retailer), is a member of Apple's board.
