ASUS updates ROG G20 Gaming desktop with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 graphics card
ASUS has updated its ROG G20 Gaming desktop with the latest NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 graphics cards. Find out what else this small form factor PC has to offer.

ASUS has updated its ROG G20 Gaming desktop with the latest NVIDIA GeForce GTX 900 series graphics cards. This SFF gaming desktop was first launched in June last year as a SteamOS box.
Now, it has been updated with the latest NVIDIA GTX 970 graphics card. At the heart of the system resides the Intel Core i7-4790 that has a base clock of 3.6GHz, and a Turbo clock speed of 4.0GHz. In case you are wondering why ASUS hasn’t dropped in a K-series or unlocked CPU, the ROG G20 features an Intel H97 board, and from an official perspective, this chipset doesn’t support CPU overclocking.

However, the system’s compact 12.5 liters chassis is able to house a discrete NVIDIA GTX 970-based 4GB GDDR5 graphics card, and a combo Blu-ray drive. Despite being cooled by a dual-fan system, ASUS claims the system’s operating noise is kept at a low of 22dB during idle states. The ROG G20 is available now for S$2,699 with a keyboard-mouse bundle. As an introductory offer, a copy of Assassin’s Creed Unity game title (worth S$74.90) is included.
