SanDisk has introduced its Extreme Pro SDHC/SDXC UHS-II card.
SanDisk's fastest SD memory card offers up to 250MBps write speeds for continuous burst mode shooting and transfer speeds of up to 280MBps for maximum workflow efficiency. UHS Speed Class 3 (U3) enabled, it allows a sustained video capture of 30MBps, letting you shoot cinema-quality 4K, 3D, and Full HD videos.
Backed by a lifetime limited warranty, the cards include a one-year downloadable offer for RescuePRO Deluxe media recovery software. The software helps photographers recover their images should they accidentally delete them.
Also announced is the SanDisk Extreme Pro SD UHS-II Card Reader/Writer. Featuring a USB 3.0 interface, it has the ability to transfer card content up to 500MBps, 10 times faster than a USB 2.0 interface.
