Lexar Expands Its Professional CF Line with Higher Capacities

Lexar has added higher capacities to its existing range of Professional CF (CompactFlash) cards.

The new Professional 1066x 256GB CF card offers read and write speeds of up to 160MBps and 155MBps individually, while the new Professional 800x CF card now comes with an additional capacity of 256GB, with read and write speeds of up to 120MBps and 75MBps respectively.

Compatible with all CF devices, the 1066x CF card supports the Video Performance Guarantee (VPG-65) specification for professional video capture, streaming at a minimum guaranteed write speed of 65MBps for compatible host devices and recording media; the 800x CF cards support the VPG-20 specification with a minimum guaranteed write speed of 20MBps.

Transferring high-quality photos and 1080p Full HD, 3D, and 4K videos, the new cards help accelerate the digital photography workflow, especially when paired with a compatible card reader, such as Professional Workflow Reader Solution.

These cards include a free copy of the latest version of the Image Rescue software, which recovers most photo and select video files, even if they've been erased or the card has been corrupted. Image or other data recovery is not 100% guaranteed. They are also backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
