A week after letting testers have a go at it, Microsoft has now rolled out Touch Bar support for all Office for Mac users who have the new MacBook Pros.

To recap, the whole point of the adding support for the Touch Bar is to have it quickly surface the most common commands, depending on the document you’re working on. So for example in Word, you can quickly activate Focus Mode to remove the ribbon and find buttons to format your text and edit tables; and in Excel, reach for style controls and find recommended charts easily. And in Outlook for Mac, the OLED strip will list recently used documents for quick attachment when you’re composing an email. Call controls will also appear on the Touch Bar for Skype for Business users.
