NVIDIA is reportedly working on the GeForce GTX 750 Ti GPU. It is said to be based on the same GK104 chip that is found in GTX 770 and GTX 760 graphics cards. However, the GK104 chip will have certain features disabled in order to keep its suggested retail price down.

This new mid-range graphics card is supposedly targeted at gamers looking to upgrade their existing cards, in anticipation of upcoming game titles like Battlefield 4 and Call of Duty: Ghosts. The specifications of the GTX 750 Ti are a tad higher than the GTX 660. The launch price of the older card was US$229; currently, it retails for roughly S$270. Hence, we expect the price of the GTX 750 Ti to be slightly more expensive than the GTX 660.

As expected, there is no official release date of the GTX 750 Ti; however, techPowerUp speculated that NVIDIA may announce the new card before AMD's unveiling of their new "Hawaii" GPUs in October this year.
