Kingston HyperX Predator DDR4-3333 RAM sets new record with 4351MHz clock speed

The Kingston HyperX Predator DDR4 has set a world record with its overclocked frequency of 4351MHz. According to Kingston, this feat was achieved with the help of the MSI X99S XPower AC motherboard.

The memory module has an original clock speed of 3333MHz, and by using a single 4GB stick, MSI overclocker “Toppc” managed to ramp it up to a high of 4351MHz on the Intel X99-based MSI mobo.
There is a shaky, 10-second video footage documenting Toppc's overclocking feat where we see an open bench system that is caked in ice. The recording shows the liquid-cooled system’s purported DDR4 memory module operating at 2174- to 2184MHz per cycle. And this translated to a recorded clock speed of 4351MHz!
