Fractal Design Unleashes Node Family of Cases

Fractal Design has introduced Node family of cases, which includes the Node 304 and Node 605, offering users entertainment in a minimalistic, sleek design.

Fractal Design has announced a new family of cases called Node.

With a modular mounting system capable of accommodating up to six hard drives, the Node 304 compact computer case caters to specific needs and components. Featuring hybrid functionality, it is ideal for use as a cool-running file server, a stylish and quiet home theatre PC or a powerful gaming system. It includes three Silent Series R2 hydraulic fans, filtered air intakes, and accommodates tower CPU coolers, single-fan water cooling systems, and ATX power supplies.

Supporting a full ATX motherboard and a graphics card up to 280mm in length, the Node 605 comes with a black interior, complete with sound and vibration dampening materials. Designed to integrate into your home theater equipment, it houses two Silent Series R2 hydraulic bearing fans, two USB 3.0 ports, a FireWire port, and a multi-format card reader.

The Node 304 and Node 605 are priced at US$89.90 and US$159 respectively, and will be available in Aug 2012.
