EVGA just made some fancy high bandwidth SLI bridges

The EVGA Pro SLI Bridge HB is a custom take on NVIDIA's new SLI HB bridges, which have been designed to maximize performance on two-way GeForce GTX 1070 and 1080 setups. The custom EVGA bridge is available in four different sizes and boasts an illuminated EVGA logo on its front.

If we’re being honest here, there’s really no limit to the amount of bling you can add to your system before it becomes, well, socially unacceptable. On that note, it’s easy to see why EVGA has announced its own take on NVIDIA’s new high bandwidth SLI bridges, complete with an RGBW color switcher that allows you to choose from one of four LED colors on the illuminated EVGA logo.

The new EVGA Pro SLI Bridge HB operates at 650MHz, just like NVIDIA’s own SLI bridges, and are best suited to maximize two-way SLI performance at 4K resolutions or refresh rates exceeding 120Hz. Even if older SLI bridges will still work with the new Pascal cards, these SLI HB bridges that conform to NVIDIA’s latest specifications are required to squeeze the most performance out of multi-GPU setups.

EVGA’s SLI bridges will work with the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 and 1080, and are available in four different sizes to suit your system configuration. Your options range from a zero-slot bridge to a four-slot wide one, so EVGA’s got pretty much all the bases covered.

It retails for US$40, regardless of the size.
