AMD's Llano Shipping to OEMs Now

AMD has announced that production units of its Llano APU have begun shipping to its OEM partners.

Those who have been waiting to see what AMD can conjure up to follow its moderately decent start to its Fusion, APU era, the Brazos platform, will be pleased to know that the company has announced officially that its Llano APU is now shipping to OEM partners. While AMD reiterates that it has no idea when exactly its partners will ship the final product in retail, it did say that it expects Llano based systems to be in the market in this quarter. 

AMD Blog - Today’s news is strong enough on its own that simple works in this case. The product itself is the headline: Production units of AMD’s 32 nanometer quad-core “Llano” A-Series Accelerated Processor Units (APU) with discrete-level graphics are now shipping.
