Teasingly, AMD didn't reveal the actual model of this X3D processor.

AMD has officially confirmed the release date of the first 9000 series X3D processor. Though teasingly, the company has not revealed the actual model of the processor, but the internet has been swirling with rumours of it being the Ryzen 7 9800X3D.
Set to debut on 7 November of this year, we are not even sure if AMD will launch more than one X3D chip. It’s worth noting that AMD used the “processor” word in singular rather than in plural in the press releasel, so it’s very likely that we are getting one new X3D processor on that date with more to be expected down the line. A Ryzen 9 9900X3D and 9950X3D would not be surprising at all.

The company has also announced a price cut for the existing non-X3D 9000 series processors (see above), and while this will come as a disappointment to early adopters, this move and the introduction of the new X3D processor made so close to Intel’s launch of its new Core Ultra 200S series desktop processors can’t be a coincidence.
