Recreate photo booth photos with the newest Instax Mini Link 3

As the Instax brand approaches its 26th anniversary, Fujifilm has announced the successor to the Instax Mini Link 2 dubbed the Mini Link 3, which was released two years ago.
The third-generation device introduces new features and builds upon its predecessor’s success by offering not only convenient instant printing but also two new functions.
First up is the Instax AiR Studio which allows users to enhance their photos with three-dimensional AR effects, creating immersive and decorated spaces for their shots. For example, you can add a virtual background as a “Back” AR effect, and add other decor and effect elements such as party hats and fireworks if the photo is about a birthday party. All that’s left is to generate a QR code using the “Remote Live View” function to share the augmented reality-enhanced photo.
The second of the two features is the Click to Collage feature. Akin to a photo booth, it enables users to create collage prints from a series of photos taken in quick succession. The Instax Mini Link 3 utilises the same Fujifilm Instax mini instant film that is used in the Mini Link 2.
Alongside the printer launch, Fujifilm has also updated its Instax UP! Smartphone app. The new version which is available now introduces the Instax Days function, allowing users to create personalised calendars using their Instax prints. This feature aims to help users organise their memories so that they can revisit them easily.

The new printer comes in three colours - Clay White, Rose Pink, and Sage Green. The Instax Mini Link 3 will retail for S$239 and will be available for purchase from 28 August onwards from their official Shopee storefront here or their authorised dealers.
Fujifilm is currently holding an early bird special from now till 30 September whereby each purchase of the Instax Mini Link 3 will allow you to redeem three packs of Instax Mini Film, an Instax accessory, and a 32GB thumb drive. Redemption can be made at the Fujifilm Studio.
