While all three printers are fast, apart from the M2050, both other models lack an LCD.

The Epson L11050 and Epson M1050 and M2050 are what Epson calls “designed for faster printing, better durability, improved print quality, and ease of use”.
All are equipped with an Epson PrecisionCore Printhead which is made from heat-resistant ceramic to help reduce heat damage and increase reliability and durability and can be used throughout the printers’ life. Unfortunately, all three lack a tray feed option, instead they rely on a rear feed tray that holds only 100 sheets of paper.

EcoTank it may be, but the Epson L11050 is also capable of printing up to A3-sized paper, giving it a leg up over the other two printers. It has a print yield of up to 4,500 black pages and 7,000 colour pages and has a print speed of 30 ppm in black and 20 ppm for colour. All of these are for A4 pages. It also comes with a two-year warranty or 50,000 pages, whichever comes first. Strangely, it lacks any display like an LCD so you need to use the Epson Smart Panel app on your mobile phone to monitor your printer, track ink levels, and receive print head cleaning notifications. It also doesn't have an ADF.

The Epson M1050 can be thought of as the little brother to the M2050. Both printers only print in black, but they are both fast at 33 ppm and can print up to 6,000 pages. They both also come with a nice four-year warranty or 50,000 pages, whichever comes first.
While both can print, the M2050 can scan and copy and comes with an LCD and ADF. Additionally, it comes with AirPrint and Mopria Print Service, allowing users to print wirelessly from iPads and iPhones as well as any Android devices, without needing to install additional software.
