Dell’s Document Hub and new multi-function printers make it easier to print from the cloud
Dell has announced a range of new multi-function printers that come with Dell Document Hub, a cloud-based utility that allows users to easily print and share files from multiple cloud storage services.

As part of its showcase of end-user computing solutions for the future-ready workplace, Dell announced a range of new multi-function printers that will work with Dell Document Hub, a cloud-based application that allows customers to access files on multiple cloud storage services at the same time. At the same time, Dell also announced some new UltraSharp monitors and updated its Latitude, Precision, and Vostro notebooks with Intel’s latest processors.
Dell’s new H-series printers, including the H625cdw, H825cdw, and H815cdw, include Dell Document Hub, which enables customers to access cloud storage services like Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, OneDrive, and Salesforce with the same access credentials.
With just a single sign-on, customers can easily share and print documents and files from multiple services straight from the printer. In addition, employees who are working off-site from home or at another location can also access Document Hub via a dedicated app on their mobile device or PC.
Dell says that its H-series printers with Document Hub are intended for smaller organizations and executive offices, as the printers can be set up easily and connected to the Wi-Fi network without the need for any large or dedicated IT team.
The security-focused S-series printers come with Document Hub as well, but feature additional built-in security features to cater to the needs of larger enterprises.
The Dell Document Hub app can be downloaded for free from the App Store, Google Play Store, or the Windows Store.
