Brydge's keyboards for the 2018 iPad Pros are now available in Singapore

The Brydge Pro keyboards for the 2018 iPad Pros are now available through retailer Antė.

Antė, which prides itself as a “purveyor of nifty gadgets, techcessories and fashion accessories by international cult brands”, has announced that it’s now selling the Brydge Pro keyboards for the 2018 iPad Pros.

Designed for iPad Pro users who prefer a more MacBook-like typing experience, the Brydge Pro offers adjustable backlit keys (a feature missing on Apple’s own Smart Keyboard Folio) but connects to the tablet over Bluetooth 4.1 instead of the Smart Connector. While that means the keyboard needs to be charged, Brydge is claiming 20 hours of continuous use per charge (when backlight on) for the Brydge Pro.

An iPad Pro connected to the Brydge Pro also offers better flexibility in terms of viewing angles. In addition to up to a 180-degree tilt in laptop mode, you can also insert the iPad Pro facing away from the keyboard so fold the tablet back onto it.

Available in silver and space gray colors, the Brydge Pro is priced at S$229 for the 11-inch iPad Pro and S$249 for the 12.9-inch iPad Pro.

If you're using other iPad models, Antė is also selling the Brydge 9.7 (for 9.7-inch iPads) and Brydge 10.5 (for the new iPad Air and 10.5-inch iPad Pro) for S$179 and S$199 respectively.

All the aforementioned Brydge keyboards can be found at Antė's outlets at Takashimaya, Tangs, and Paragon.
