Alienware has teased two gaming monitors, the 32-inch 4K QD-OLED and 27-inch 360Hz QD-OLED, and both quite ground breaking in their own right.
Firstly, the Alienware 32 4K QD-OLED (AW3225QF) is what Alienware calls the “world’s first 4K QD-OLED” gaming monitor. It does sports some impressive specs: Think Dolby Vision HDR, a sleek curved design, and a 1000 nits peak brightness. It also comes with a 240Hz refresh rate and 0.03ms response time and supports NVIDIA’s G-Sync – guaranteeing gamers a smooth and speedy experience.
Alienware's bold claim about “achieving exceptionally dark black levels and a broader color spectrum” in its press release is interesting, though we’ll need to see how true this is when a test unit arrives in our lab. The AW3225QF is available now in the US market with a price tag of US$1,199.

Then there's the AW2725DF, a 360Hz QD-OLED gaming monitor. The highlight here is undoubtedly the 360Hz refresh rate, which Alienware has claimed to be another "world's first", and is designed for gamers who need ultra-fast screen updates. The monitor also boasts a 0.03ms response time and supports VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400. It's compatible with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and VESA AdaptiveSync technologies. It’s also available now in the US for US$899.
The Alienware 32 4K QD-OLED Gaming Monitor (AW3225QF) and Alienware 27 360Hz QD-OLED Gaming Monitor (AW2725DF) will be available on dell.com.sg and at Dell exclusive stores in Singapore, with pricing and launch details to be confirmed.
