The Apple Watch isn’t out yet, but that isn’t stopping accessories makers from coming out with accessories for it. At CES 2015, we see the Bandstand, an Apple Watch dock prototype that its maker Standzout unabashedly calls the “first great Apple Watch accessory”.
Designed to be a “nightly home” for the Apple Watch, the Bandstand holds the watch securely via an induction charging plate that goes behind the watch case. It can also charge two other devices (three USB ports are concealed at the bottom), and comes with a pivoting platform and integrated lighting. Standzout also promises a clutter-free experience thanks to the its cable-concealing features. The stand is made of anodized aluminum, and features interchangeable plastic pieces that come in a variety of colors.
Standzout hopes to sell the Bandstand shortly after the Apple Watch goes on sale. According to 9to5Mac, Apple’s most personal device will hit stores in March.
