While Nokia-branded phones are making an impressive comeback, its Digital Health business is not doing so well.

In a press release, Nokia announced that it has initiated a review of strategic options for its Digital Health Business. The company said the strategic review may or may not result in any transaction or other changes.

The Digital Health Business includes consumer and enterprise products which consist of hybrid smart watches, scales and digital health devices. Nokia acquired Withings, a French digital health firm for US$191 million in April 2016 and rebranded the latter's products in mid 2017. Nokia recently announced its first sleep tracker at CES 2018.
