LG's first all-metal Android Wear device, the Watch Urbane to debut at MWC 2015 (Update: Hands-on photos!)

LG just announced that it will unveil its first all-metal smartwatch, the Watch Urbane at Mobile World Congress 2015. It is positioned as a luxury wearable for consumers looking to add both style and high-tech flare to their everyday lives.

LG just announced the latest member of its smartwatch portfolio, the Watch Urbane which will debut at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015.

As its first all-metal Android Wear device, the Watch Urbane is positioned as an luxury wearable for consumers who want both style and high-tech flare in their lifestyles. Similar to the G Watch R, the Watch Urbane sports a 1.3-inch Plastic-OLED (P-OLED) display with a resolution of 320 x 320 pixels and narrower bezels.

It comes with a stainless steel body that is rated IP67 dust and water resistant, and is available in two colors - polished silver and gold finish. LG bundles the Watch Urbane with a natural leather strap and it can be easily replaced by any 22mm wide band. 

The Watch Urbane also has a photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor that can measure your heart rate and average pulse during workouts. Other specs include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core 1.2GHz processor, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal storage space and a 410mAh battery.
