Casio announced its first digital ring watch to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the company in the digital watch business.

The Casio CRW-001-1JR is unlike other digital or smart rings in the market. It's just a watch. In other words, it has no health or fitness tracking features such as heart rate tracking, sleep tracking, or step counting.

It simply shows the time in hours, minutes, and seconds on a 7-segment LCD screen similar to its watch counterparts. The CRW-001-1JR even has three buttons that users can interact with to show the date, activate the dual time function, and operate the stopwatch.

The full stainless steel design, which weighs 16g and is waterproof, has a replaceable battery that offers up to two years of usage.
