Purported renders of Apple's next-generation smartwatch have been revealed by 91mobiles.
Industry sources provided 91mobiles with raw CAD renders which show a 2-inch display, the biggest ever on an Apple Watch.
To give this some context, the Apple Watch Ultra and Apple Watch Series 9 sport a 1.93-inch and 1.7-inch display respectively.
In terms of dimensions, the upcoming smartwatch measures 46 x 39.7 x 11.6mm which places it between the Apple Watch Ultra and Apple Watch Series 9.
The renders also show that the design remains unchanged with a digital crown, square display, and side button.
There were rumours that Apple might redesign the band attachment system, but there's no evidence of that from these renders.
This year could see the biggest revamp of the Apple Watch lineup according to Bloomberg. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the product lineup, Apple is expected to unveil a Watch X model with a thinner case, new magnetic band attachments, and blood pressure monitoring technology.
A recent report by analyst Ming-Chi Kuo suggests that there will be two new sizes for the Apple Watch Series 10 (45mm and 49mm) and the possibility of new case colour options.
