Nomad unveils hybrid titanium band for the Apple Watch

The Nomad Stratos Band looks like a metal bracelet, but it wears like a sports band.

Nomad introduced its latest Apple Watch band, the Stratos Band, which combines the durability of its Titanium Band with the comfort of the Sport Band.

Designed from the ground up for the Apple Watch Ultra models, the Stratos Band features outer links made from Grade 4 titanium with a DLC coating for protection against everyday wear and tear, while the interior links are lined with compression-moulded FKM rubber for flexibility and comfort.

To improve ventilation and ensure only the soft FKM rubber touches skin, Nomad designed the interior links with a subtle M-shaped contour that slightly elevates them above the titanium structure. The Stratos Band also features two half-sized links, allowing users to fine-tune their fit.

By combining premium titanium with a functional, versatile FKM rubber, Nomad says the Stratos Band is built to transition seamlessly from the office to the gym.

Availability and pricing

You can now pre-order the Stratos Band from Nomad’s website at S$239, with shipments starting October 28. It should also be available soon at Nomad’s official stores on Lazada and Shopee.

The Stratos Band comes in two hardware finishes: Black and Natural, and three colour combinations: Black, Ultra Orange, and Volt. It is also compatible with all Apple Watch models, including Series 1 to 11 and all Apple Watch SE models.
