Xiaomi is moving beyond action and IP cameras; it just unveiled a Micro Four Thirds mirrorless camera, the M1.
The M1 sports a 20-megapixel sensor with a maximum ISO of 25,600 which allows you to shoot 4K videos up to 30fps and 50-megapixel photos. It also comes with a 3-inch, 720 x 480 pixel touchscreen.
It is available in two bundles; the basic bundle is priced at 2199 yuan (~S$450) which comes with a 12-40mm f/3.5 - 5.6 lens) while the other bundle has a 42.5mm f/1.8 lens which will set you back 2,999 yuan (~S$612).
The M1 camera will be available via JD.com from 23rd September. At time of publication, there is no mention on international availaibility.
