ViewQwest scraps its 3Gbps and 5Gbps plans, leaving only its 10Gbps plan at S$38.75 a month

This means that moving forward, ViewQwest will only offer an Internet plan at 10Gbps speeds with or without a router.

Two months after introducing 3Gbps, 5Gbps, and 10Gbps Internet plans for subscription, ViewQwest has “streamlined” the three plans into a single 10Gbps offering at S$38.75 per month (S$30/month for the first 10 months, then S$45/month thereafter), which is a 35% reduction from S$58.98 per month.

Customers who’ve signed up to the 3Gbps and 5Gbps plans have the option to upgrade to the new 10gbps plan with prices starting at S$6.54 per month. There are also options both with and without router bundle options (eero Max 7, Ubiquiti Dream Machine Pro, and SFP+ transceiver bundles). If they don’t want to upgrade, they can continue to access the Internet at the speeds they’d signed up for until the end of their contract period.

Moving forward, ViewQwest will only offer a single broadband plan for consumers art bundled and no-bundle options, both with a two-year contract:

  • 10Gbps home broadband only

Promotional price: S$30/month for the first 10 months, then $SS45/month thereafter
    Effective price for a 24-month contract: S$38.75/month
    Optical Network Router (ONR) included
Customers can use their existing 3rd party routers or mesh systems
  • 10Gbps home broadband with eero Max 7 (Wi-Fi 7)
Promotional price: S$45/month for the first 10 months, then $S60/month thereafter
    Effective price for a 24-month contract: SS$53.75/month
    ONR included
