In an interview with Bloomberg.com, StarHub CEO, Neil Montefiore, has stated that the company will be launching its own 4G network "later this year".
We spoke to a representative of StarHub, who confirmed the announcement, and further detailed that the network will initially roll out at Changi Airport and around the CBD area, including Shenton Way, Suntec and Marina Bay.
This news follows StarHub's agreement in April to partner with Nokia Siemens to provide the mobile broadband infrastructure and services for the 4G network.
