SingTel Compensates for Service Outage to its Customers

With all rectification works completed, SingTel has made a notice of compensation to its affected customers.

SingTel has just shared on their Facebook page that all rectification works have been completed and all services are up and running. And just as just as Mr. Yuen Kuan Moon, CEO Consumer Singapore at SingTel, informed media last week that the telco would make an update of compensation to its customers after all rectification works are completed , SingTel is now offering the following:-

  • Affected Mio TV customers will have free open access to all channels for 1 month.
  • Home telephone line customers whose services were disrupted will have free local calls for 1 month.
  • Affected broadband customers will receive a free 3-month speed upgrade of their current service.
