In early January, like Maxx and Simba, local MVNO Eight also added Malaysia to Singapore as the countries where a subscriber can use their local data allocation.

They have also increased the said local data allocation from the original 188GB to 228GB a month. Roaming data for APAC has been increased to 10GB (from 8GB) with an additional 2GB given for use in non-APAC countries. 88 minutes of IDD talktime to Myanmar has also been added.
