StarHub has announced the opening of a new concept store that the telco says is “built for customers on the go”.
Located at the outer ring of Basement 1 of Suntec City and open daily from 11.00am to 9.00pm, the new store is designed to offer fast, focused help to solve issues like tailored plan recommendations and the set-up of multi-line and bundled services. Customers can also explore StarHub’s latest mobile and connectivity offerings, including 5G Unlimited+ plans. To cut waiting times, the store (which is smaller than the nearby Toast Box), uses e-appointments with personalised human-led support for more complex tasks.
StarHub says to think of using the new store as a quick pitstop during lunch, a short window between meetings or a weekend visit, just walk in, get what you need, and move on with your day.
