Without contract, the SE will retail for S$658 for the 16GB model or S$828 for the 64GB version. The phone goes on sale on 31st March.

Quick analysis
For most tiers, M1 offers the best deal over a two-year period due to its more affordable monthly plans (the exception being the Premium tier), which adds up to significant cost savings over two years. The only other category where it falls behind StarHub is the Value plan tier, where StarHub has a $0.10 cheaper monthly plan and also much cheaper phone prices. StarHub also has a better priced 64GB iPhone SE in the Basic tier, resulting in a total saving of $9.40 over two years
Singtel's monthly plans are as expensive as StarHub (and you get less data too) and they also have the most expensive phone pricing across the board.
