U.S. Judge Stops Sales of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1
A U.S. judge has approved Apple's preliminary injunction in the U.S. against Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1, stating that "although Samsung has a right to compete, it does not have a right to compete unfairly, by flooding the market with infringing products."

Has Samsung flooded the tablet market with infringing products, such as the Galaxy Tab 10.1?
Apple originally filed the complaint in May 2012, claiming that Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 infringes on an iPad-related patent. A similar complaint was also filed by Apple this month against Samsung's Galaxy S III smartphone.
The injunction will become effective as soon as Apple posts a US$2.6 million bond, to protect against damages suffered by Samsung if the injunction is later found to have been wrong.
Samsung has already filed an appeal against the decision, but said it doesn't expect this ruling to have a big impact on its business.
