The new iPad Pros may be at their thinnest yet, but their structural integrity may be compromised.
YouTuber Zack Nelson from JerryRigEverything could snap the iPad Pro in half by applying a moderate amount of pressure to the middle of the tablet. Before you criticize Zack for his unrealistic testing, MacRumors reported that some of its forum members found their new iPad Pros slightly curved or bent from just a weekend in the backpack. Fortunately, they were able to receive replacements or send the tablet back to Apple.

For now, the bending issue for the new iPad Pro does not seem to be widespread as the #bendgate saga which plagued the iPhone 6 Plus in 2014. Nonetheless, owners of the new iPad Pros can consider getting rugged cases from UAG and Otterbox.
