Lenovo has just announced four new tablets under its Tab 4 series tablet lineup: the Tab 4 8, Tab 4 8 Plus, Tab 4 10, and Tab 4 10 Plus. All four models feature dual speakers and the promise of an enhanced multimedia experience thanks to Dolby Atmos support.
All the Tab 4 tablets feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC inside of them. The basic Tab 4 8 and Tab 4 10 will use Quad-core Snapdragon processors and 2GB RAM while sporting an 8-inch and 10-inch HD (1,280 x 800) resolution displays respectively.
Meanwhile, both the Tab 4 8 Plus and Tab 4 10 Plus will sport 64-bit Octa-Core 2.0GHz processors, with up to 4GB RAM and 32GB storage. They’ll also get Full HD (1,920 x 1,200) resolution IPS displays, and a new thin dual glass design. Additionally, the Tab 4 Plus series tablets will also come with fingerprint quick log-in capabilities, as well as USB Type-C ports that support Quick Charge 3.0 for faster charge times.
The Lenovo Tab 4 series tablets will come with a Kid's and Productivity.
Pick up the optional Kid’s Pack to transform their Tab 4 tablets into a kid-friendly tablet with specially curated content picked by KIDOZ. Parental controls allow an easy way to control your child’s screen time, while the shock-resistant bumpers will help keep your tablet safe from drops and knocks.
The optional Productivity Pack on the other hand, brings a Bluetooth keyboard that acts as booth protective sleeve and stand. It integrates with the built-in productivity interface to allow greater support for multi-tasking and optimization for mouse and keyboard operations.
All Tab 4 series tablets will run the latest Android 7.0 Nougat OS and will offer up to 12 hours of battery life.
The Lenovo Tab 4 8 and Tab 4 10 series tablets will be available worldwide beginning May 2017, with the SRPs are listed below:
