Got an iPad Pro for Christmas? Then you'll want this new USB-C hub

This USB-C hub attaches perfectly to your new iPad Pro.

Did you get an iPad Pro for Christmas? Lucky you.

You are probably looking around for accessories now and one that you should definitely keep tabs on is the HyperDrive for iPad Pro.

According to Hyper, it is the world's first USB-C hub for the iPad Pro. Like its other USB hubs, the HyperDrive for iPad Pro connects and attaches neatly to the side of the iPad Pro via its USB-C port.

Crucially, it works with both the 11 and 12.9-inch iPad Pro and with or without the Apple Smart Keyboard Folio.

The HyperDrive for iPad Pro has the following ports: a single HDMI, a single USB-C, a microSD and an SD carder reader, a USB-A port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. This lets you output your iPad Pro's visuals to an external monitor, import photos from cameras, and more.

Best of all, it is small and compact, measuring just 8.9cm across, and, as I mentioned, attaches neatly to the side of your iPad Pro, making it easy to carry about.

The HyperDrive for iPad Pro is available on Kickstarter right now and the project has 20 more days to run. A minimum pledge of US$59 (~S$81) is required to attain the hub. The hub is expected to retail for US$99 so the savings are significant.
