The new Transformer Pad Infinity is powered by NVIDIA Tegra 4 quad-core 1.9GHz processor, a 72-core GeForce GPU and 2GB RAM. The Tegra 4 processor was announced a few months ago at CES 2013, where we saw the company showcased some of its capabilities including a webpage loading test.

Sporting a 10.1-inch IPS display, the Transformer Pad Infinity matches the Google Nexus 10 in terms of display resolution at 2,560 x 1,600 pixels. On paper, the IPS display should also be better as it promises 178-degree wide viewing angles.

As with all Transformer tablets, it comes with a new innovative mobile dock that has a built-in battery for all-day mobile use. The dock houses a USB 3.0 port for fast data transfers and a SD card slot. Other specs include dual-band 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 + EDR and an internal storage capacity of 32GB.
