Adobe releases Photoshop Touch, a tablet version of their popular Photoshop app, for the iPad 2. The app has previously been released on Android, and because of hardware requirements, will only run on the more powerful, second generation iPad.
Photoshop Touch is the first in a series of six apps which Adobe will be releasing under its Adobe Touch Apps collection. The app features Photoshop-like functions, like layers, selection tools, adjustments and filters to work with your images. A new Scribble Select tool lets you select elements within images simply by tracing them with your finger. Images can be opened from multiple sources, even from websites like Facebook and Google Image search.
