YouTrip now works on Apple Pay.
Following YouTrip’s major revamp to its multi-currency wallet in June 2023 comes a critical feature that’s finally ready for iPhone users. As of 15 August 2023, your YouTrip service now works on Apple Pay.
“YouTrip started off as a travel wallet five years ago, and has now become the go-to payment option not only for foreign currency transactions, but also for everyday transactions for different purposes. We are excited to launch Apple Pay as part of our anniversary celebration to make the YouTrip payment experience even more seamless,” said Caecilia Chu, CEO and Co-Founder of YouTrip.
10% cashback for public transport (MRT and bus only)
10% cashback for a month on public transport if you pay via YouTrip on Apple Pay.
Celebrating this milestone (and YouTrip’s 5th anniversary) is a cashback campaign between 15 August and 15 September 2023. YouTrip cardholders will earn up to 10% cashback when using their YouTrip card to pay for public transport via Apple Pay.
The cashback applies only to public transport spending (MRT and public buses only), with a maximum cap of S$10 per user. A minimum spend of S$20 in each campaign month is also required.
Non-iOS users can also enjoy 5% cashback for contactless public transport via their YouTrip card.
