Xiaomi to Launch Redmi 1S in Singapore on July 8

Consumers in Singapore are going to be in a dilemma next Tuesday, July 8 when Xiaomi makes another highly anticipated smartphone - the Redmi 1S - available for purchase.
The Redmi 1S sports two main upgrades over the original Redmi; it comes with double the internal storage capacity at 8GB and runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core 1.6GHz processor. The Redmi 1S is also equipped with Bluetooth 4.0. Considering that it carries the same price tag of S$169, the Redmi 1S is definitely a good deal!
Xiaomi Singapore states that 5,000 units of each model will be available for purchase next week and we believe some consumers will have difficulties deciding which phone to buy.
