Apple just unveiled new Smart Battery Cases for the iPhone 11 lineup.
Similar to previous generations, the Smart Battery Cases are made from a soft-touch silicone material with a microfibre lining on the inside to protect the phone.
Apple adds a new feature to the Smart Battery Case this year - a dedicated camera button. The Camera app will launch when you press the button when the iPhone is unlocked or locked. A quick press will take a photo while a longer press will capture QuickTake video. This works for selfies too!
When fully charged, the Smart Battery Case can deliver up to 50% longer battery life for the iPhone. The Smart Battery Case supports USB-PD compatible chargers and Qi-certified chargers.
The Smart Battery Case for the iPhone 11 lineup is available in three colours: pink sand, white and black. It is priced at S$199.
