At the start of the year, Apple ran a Shot on iPhone campaign looking for the best photos shot on an iPhone. The contest was judged by an international panel of judges and Apple has now selected ten winners, whose photos will be featured on billboards around the world.

Local photographer, Darren Soh, was one of the ten winners, and the only representative chosen from Asia.

Soh's photo was shot on an iPhone XS Max. Apple Senior VP, Phil Schiller, said, “A reflection that looks like a painting, two worlds have collided. You are compelled to think about where and how this photo was taken, the bird flying in the corner provides the single sign of life in an otherwise surreal composition.”

You can check out more of Soh's work at his instagram @darrensohphoto, and you can see the rest of the winners here.
