Samsung expands retail presence with three new stores in Singapore

Samsung Electronics Singapore has announced the opening of three new Samsung Experience Stores (SES) in partnership with OTTNO, a consumer electronics reseller. This expansion brings the total number of SES in Singapore to 12, with more planned for the future.
The new stores are located at Changi Airport Terminal 2 (Departure Area), Compass One (Sengkang), and Junction 8 (Bishan), offering customers more opportunities to experience Samsung’s latest products, including the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 series, Galaxy ZFlip6, Galaxy Fold6, and the latest Galaxy Watch Ultra and Galaxy Watch7.

The SES at Changi Airport Terminal 2 spans approximately 1,379 square feet and features a Bespoke accessory wall. This location provides travellers with tax-free purchase options within the departure hall, making it an attractive destination to drop by before flights.
As with any other SES, the new stores at Compass One and Junction 8 will showcase the latest Samsung products and offer in-person, one-to-one consultations to enhance customer support.
OTTNO has been appointed Samsung Singapore’s new SES partner, and it aims to be one of the company's biggest resellers.
"These stores serve as an experiential touchpoint for customers who prefer to learn more about Samsung’s products in-store and in-person. As such, we have deliberately designed an experience in consultation with Samsung to bring the brand’s innovation to life, and make it relatable to the everyday consumers – especially in the age of AI,” said Brenda Nai, Operations Manager for OTTNO SES.
All three stores will provide customers with hands-on experiences of Samsung's latest products, including the opportunity to try Galaxy AI features. Visitors can learn to use innovations like Live Translate for language understanding and Photo Assist to create perfect pictures with AI technology.
