What new Galaxy device is Samsung launching on 11 October?

On the day that Apple started its pre-orders for the iPhone XS and XS Max, Samsung sent out an invitation to A Galaxy Event 2018. The event will be on 11 October and it will be streamed live on Samsung's website.
The teaser image for the event promises "4X fun" and the invitation states that the newest Galaxy device is bringing more ways to express yourself than ever before.
What Galaxy device would it be? Is it the foldable smartphone which DJ Koh, the CEO of Samsung's mobile division, shared with CNBC earlier this month?
