The Galaxy S6 family has a new member today thanks to an accidental leak on the website of Samsung U.S.
GSMArena stumbled upon the support page of Samsung U.S where the yet-to-be-announced Galaxy S6 Active is shown in its full glory. Like the regular Galaxy S6, the upcoming Active model will sport a 5.1-inch Quad-HD Super AMOLED display, an Exynos 7420 processor, 32GB internal storage space, a 16-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera and a non-removable 2,550mAh battery.
Like the Galaxy S4 Active, the Galaxy S6 Active has physical navigations keys (recent apps, home, back) below the display, and is both water and dust resistant. There is no information at the moment on its IP certification, but we reckon it is as rugged as the Galaxy Tab Active.
The Galaxy S6 Active is stated to be available in two colors: cameo white and titanium black. With the support page set up, it is likely that Samsung will make an official announcement very soon.
