The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra might come with Corning's next-generation Gorilla Armour glass.

Tipster @UniverseIce shared on X (formerly Twitter) that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra "will exclusively use the more powerful second-generation Corning Gorilla Armour Glass with anti-reflective properties".

If you recall, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra launched earlier this year with the first-generation Corning Gorilla Armour, which is claimed to withstand drops and scratches up to three times and four times better, respectively, than other aluminosilicate cover glasses and minimises reflectance by up to 75%

For the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, consumers should expect to see a tougher, more durable next-generation Corning Gorilla Armour with better anti-reflective properties.

Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy S25 series in the second half of January 2025.
