With the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 expected to be launched earlier this year, it is no surprise that specs on the phablet have started to leak.

According to PhoneArena, a Samsung employee reportedly sent in a screenshot of the CPU-Z - a system profiling and monitoring app - detailing the specs of the Galaxy Note 7. The upcoming Galaxy Note phablet is stated to sport a 5.77-inch Quad-HD display, the Samsung Exynos 8890 processor, 6GB RAM and 32GB internal storage space.

The Samsung employee also said that the Galaxy Note 6 will have a similar design to the Galaxy S7 and Note 5 although it will be thicker due to a bigger 3,700mAh battery and IP68 rating. In line with an earlier report, the Galaxy Note 7 might ship with Android N.

Other rumored specs of the Galaxy Note 7 include a 12-megapixel rear camera with a 5-axis image stabilization system and storage options of 64 and 128GB.
