Samsung today officially announced the Galaxy S4 mini, a compact variant of its current flagship model. It will be available in two colors: white frost and black mist. The Galaxy S4 mini supports either 4G LTE, or 3G HSPA＋ or 3G Dual SIM, and availability of each variant is determined by market.
As the name suggests, the Galaxy S4 mini will sport a smaller 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display (960 x 540 pixels) and runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. It is powered by a dual-core 1.7GHz processor and 1.5GB RAM. Other specs include:

- 1.9-megapixel front-facing camera
- Bluetooth 4.0 (LE)
- NFC (LTE model only)
- 8GB internal storage memory
- microSD card support up to 64GB
