Deliveries of the Samsung Galaxy Note7 have reportedly been halted to the three South Korean telcos (SK Telecom Co., KT Corp. and LG Uplus Corp).

According to Yonhap, reports of "exploding" Galaxy Note7 units while being charged have forced Samsung to stop shipments of the devices in South Korea. A Samsung official could neither confirm nor deny this report and said that the company is checking.

Based on online reports, there have been five incidents so far. It is unclear at the moment how widespread this issue is. We've reached out to Samsung Mobile Singapore for comments on this matter and will update once we have any relevant information.
