Dude has been posting multiple times about it in the last couple of days, and we’ve put it all together to figure out what’s coming next. #realme #realmegt7series

It looks like Realme is days or weeks away from launching another powerful phone.

A visit to Chase Xu’s (Realme’s global VP, also president of global marketing) official Twitter/X account revealed that the C-suite executive has been uploading a series of teasers, likely for an upcoming Realme GT 7 series device.

Before we take apart his posts, here’s some context. The flagship-grade Realme GT 7 Pro was launched in November 2024 and is officially available in Singapore (S$1,299, 12GB RAM, 512GB storage, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop). It’s backed by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, Qualcomm’s 2025 premium flagship chipset platform for phone makers.

On Twitter/X, the Realme C-suite uploaded a photo of himself using an unnamed device and shared a teaser video with the #realmeg7series hashtag. He also confirmed that the upcoming phone is a “flagship killer.”

More interestingly, his official Weibo page hasn’t yet mentioned a launch, going only far enough to promote the Realme GT 7 to its Chinese audience.

There’s no new developments there, aside from a very distracting (but also very nice) promotional video of Emei Women’s Kung Fu Group endorsing those phones, but that’s besides the point.

The main point here is that whatever Realme is teasing is an addition to its existing Realme GT 7 series, and would likely see official support outside of its home market, China.

Going by its self-proclaimed “flagship killer” declaration, it should be even more powerful than its S$1,299 Realme GT 7 Pro or a sub-variant that’s nearly as good with a much lower price tag.

No date was announced for the phone’s launch yet, but we’ll look out for any new developments.
