Over one million people requested for invitations to buy the OnePlus 2
OnePlus announced that it has received over one million invitation requests in 72 hours to purchase its latest flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 2.

Since OnePlus unveiled the OnePlus 2 on 28th July, it has garnered over one million invitation requests to purchase the smartphone! It only took three days to hit the million mark!
With retail prices starting from US$329, it is no surprise that consumers are vying to get their hands on the "2016 flagship killer". Days before its official launch, OnePlus promised that there will be a better invite system and more stock inventory to meet demands.
It remains to be seen whether consumers will face the same problem during the launch of the OnePlus One as there will be more than one million people competing to get the OnePlus 2 as soon as possible. In case you don't know, a successful sign-up on the reservation list does not guarantee an invitation to buy the phone.
OnePlus states that priority will be given to contest winners and members of its forum. Another way to boost your chances of getting the phone ahead of the rest is to share a link which is sent in an email when you successfully registered your name on the reservation list. This has caused many consumers to post the links in our forums to bump up their queue positions!
