OPPO has renewed its partnership with the Union of European Football Associations (EUFA) for another three seasons until 2027.

In an official statement, OPPO said it continues to be UEFA's Official Smartphone Product Partner, vowing to help football fans immerse themselves more in its partner’s football matches through the phone brand’s imaging and AI technologies.

From this year to 2027, the partnership covers multiple UEFA leagues, including the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, UEFA Futsal Champions League finals, and the UEFA Youth League finals.

OPPO also said it would launch youth football development programmes in “the coming seasons.” These initiatives will take place in Spain, Mexico, Egypt, and China, where OPPO said it would provide resources and support to young footballers and community football clubs to help them hone their talent and skills.

This partnership began in 2022, when OPPO signed two years of sponsorship, resulting in Brazillian footballer Ricardo Izecson Dos Santos Leite (also known as Kaká) becoming OPPO’s Global Brand Ambassador for its phones. You can see a brief moment of that in our TikTok clip below:

To appeal to football fans, OPPO also made the foldable Find N2 Flip (review here) the official smartphone of the UEFA Champions League in early 2023, and even made the OPPO Find X7 Ultra (hands-on here) responsible for official photography of UEFA Champions League 2024.
